Apple Health and overnight recovery
V.Runner reads recorded runs and available overnight readings from Apple Health. Recent running helps set your distances and paces. Recovery readings and how you feel can support a suggestion to make a coming session easier or shorter, with changes for you to review.
Wear your Watch overnight
Available sleep, resting heart-rate, HRV and breathing readings help describe your recovery. These readings provide context alongside your running and check-ins. Wear your Apple Watch to bed when you can. Missing nights are skipped; they are not treated as poor recovery.
What stays on your iPhone
GPS tracks and raw heart-rate recordings are not uploaded by the app. A Health snapshot you explicitly export and share is a separate action under your control. After you agree, derived training numbers can sync to the cloud. Restoring that backup after a reinstall or on a new iPhone requires Sign in with Apple. This is fitness and wellness, not a medical device.
