Include your app version, iOS version, what happened and what you expected. For Watch issues, add the Watch model and watchOS version. Please avoid sending Health exports, GPS tracks or other sensitive information unless we agree they are needed.
Join the beta
Open the V.Runner beta invitation on your iPhone to install it. If the beta is full or you need help, email sc@susv.xyz.
V.Runner is available through TestFlight. You’ll need an iPhone with iOS 17 or later and Apple’s TestFlight app. Access depends on available invitations. Check TestFlight availability.
Your first four training weeks are free; your starting partial week counts. After that, one credit covers one planned run, used together when the current week is ready. No subscription. The five-credit pack has a US price of $0.99, with the local total shown by Apple. TestFlight uses sandbox purchases without real charges. Public sales require App Store approval. See our purchase terms.
No running history appears
Check that your workouts are in Apple Health and that V.Runner has permission to read the relevant data. Health permission is managed in Apple’s Health settings. Open Training in V.Runner and pull down to refresh, then check Past sessions. If a recorded run appears there but does not match a planned session, include that detail when contacting support.
Missing overnight readings do not prove poor recovery. Your Watch needs to record the relevant sleep and heart-rate information for those trends to be available. Learn about Health inputs.
A session is missing on Watch
Watch scheduling needs a physical iPhone and a paired Apple Watch. In Training, tap the Watch button to open Send to Watch. Send your sessions, then check Apple’s Workout app on the Watch. Keep the devices connected. If the sessions are missing, use Re-send this week in Send to Watch. A workout saved on the phone does not confirm it reached the Watch.
There is no separate V.Runner Watch app. FIT export is an optional file workflow currently being tested, rather than live Garmin synchronization. Read the Watch guide.
Backup and a new iPhone
Cloud backup is required for coaching and uses Sign in with Apple. To restore, use the same Apple identity you linked when enabling backup. Without that identity, a new install may not be able to access the previous cloud records. Enabling backup later should preserve your existing on-device plan; contact us if it does not.
AI coaching is unavailable
Current onboarding requires AI consent to continue. Cloud AI only runs when cloud backup is also enabled and needs an internet connection. Withdrawing approval or turning backup off pauses normal app use; export and deletion remain accessible. With a valid approval, temporary cloud outages can leave your saved on-device plan available. Cloud outages or request limits may temporarily prevent an explanation. Training paces come from the VDOT calculation.
Withdraw sharing or delete data
Open Me → Settings → Privacy to manage cloud backup, the combined AI-coach approval and optional crash reports. The required AI-coach approval includes coaching, personal training updates and improvement sharing. Crash reporting is optional. Withdrawing approval stops the combined services and requests removal of improvement data, then returns normal use to the approval gate. Export and deletion remain accessible.
Use the account deletion action while still signed in to request removal of cloud records and linked research copies. Apple Health and workouts in Apple’s Workout app remain under your control. Uninstalling alone does not erase cloud records. If deletion fails, or you have already uninstalled, email us for help. We may need information to locate and verify your account; do not send your Apple password.
